Clinical Recruiter

About the role

As a Clinical Recruiter you will partner with hiring managers and MSP/VMS contacts to source and place top talent across pharmaceutical and clinical functions. You will work within the life sciences, healthcare, and biotech sectors, delivering tailored staffing solutions for Fortune 500 clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for pharma and clinical positions.
• Utilize MSP and VMS platforms to create and track requisitions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and support offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in clinical recruitment, preferably within MSP/VMS environments.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trials, FDA regulations, and related industry terminology.
• Experience hiring for roles such as Clinical Laboratory Scientist, Allied Healthcare, Medical Technologist, Lab Assistant, Specimen Technician, etc.
• Self‑driven, goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
