Call Center Customer Service Representative (Telecaller)

About the role

Research Lens is seeking enthusiastic telecallers to join its call centre team in Bhopal. The role involves reaching out to prospective clients, understanding their needs and promoting the company’s research and consultancy services. You will work closely with the sales and research teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing the range of research and consultancy solutions offered.
• Promote and clearly explain Research Lens services, tailoring the message to each client’s specific requirements.
• Maintain accurate call records and follow‑up actions in the CRM system to ensure proper tracking.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets while maintaining high quality standards in communication.
• Handle client queries promptly, providing timely solutions or escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.

Required profile

• Good communication skills in English (and local language, if applicable).
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and CRM usage.
• Target‑oriented and self‑motivated with a strong desire to meet performance goals.
• Previous telecalling experience is a plus but not mandatory.
