About the role
This position focuses on lead generation and owns the top of the sales funnel. You will identify, qualify, and schedule calls with potential clients, while the founder handles final closing.
Key responsibilities
- Research and build targeted lead lists of potential clients in the US, Europe, and UAE.
- Execute personalized outbound outreach via LinkedIn and email.
- Qualify prospects against fit criteria such as budget, decision‑maker, and project scope.
- Book qualified calls onto the founder's calendar.
- Maintain a clean, up‑to‑date pipeline in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently across multiple touchpoints.
- Report weekly on outreach activity and booked meetings.
Required profile
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services or software development.
- Excellent written English (mandatory for daily messaging of international clients).
- Self‑motivated with disciplined follow‑up habits.
- Comfortable working across US and European time zones when needed.
Required skills
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience using a CRM, preferably HubSpot.
