Brand Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead the Van Heusen brand strategy in India. The role will shape the brand’s positioning, drive consumer insight‑led campaigns and strengthen brand equity across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive brand marketing strategy aligned with the brand vision and market trends.
• Monitor marketing budget, track sales impact of new product developments and manage cost efficiency.
• Define and continuously track target consumer demographics, psychographics and buying triggers.
• Coordinate with agency partners to plan, create and roll out 360° communication and PR activities.
• Ensure consistent brand presence across digital platforms, social media and the corporate website.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as retail, visual merchandising, product development and project management to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
• Analyse market competition and emerging trends to keep the brand relevant in a cluttered apparel market.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the Indian apparel market and consumer behavior.
• Proven ability to develop and implement brand strategies that drive financial performance.
• Excellent project management skills with experience handling multiple agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to influence cross‑functional teams.
