About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join Dentira’s fast‑growing team. You will work on the US shift (7 PM‑4 AM IST) helping dental clinics and labs adopt our AI‑driven procurement and lab platforms. The role involves onboarding new users, resolving queries in French and English, and ensuring smooth product usage.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard customers and guide them through Dentira’s SaaS solutions.
- Address and resolve support tickets, phone calls, and emails in French and English.
- Monitor customer usage patterns and provide actionable insights to improve adoption.
- Identify potential issues proactively and communicate them to internal teams.
- Maintain a 1‑year commitment and adhere to the US night‑shift schedule.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree with a good GPA.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support or service role.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French (C1/C2 level).
- Interpersonal skills to engage with customers and cross‑functional stakeholders.
