About the role
The Bell Desk Attendant ensures guests receive a high standard of service from the moment they arrive at the hotel. Working within the Reception area of the Rooms Division, the role supports smooth operations and contributes to overall guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide consistent, courteous service to all guests at the bell desk.
- Assist with luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and guest inquiries.
- Coordinate with reception and other hotel departments to ensure efficient guest flow.
- Maintain accurate records of guest requests and deliveries.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations or a similar guest‑service role.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
