About the role

The Reservation Assistant is responsible for handling all travel and accommodation bookings for the company, ensuring employees receive timely and compliant support throughout the reservation process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage travel and lodging reservations for employees, responding to their requests.
• Book, confirm, and modify airline tickets, hotel stays, and other travel services according to company policies.
• Maintain control and monitoring of all reservations, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines and procedures.
• Provide support and guidance to employees during reservation, travel, and expense reporting phases.
• Assist in negotiations with travel service providers to secure the best commercial terms.
• Keep up‑to‑date information on routes, fares, schedules, and other travel service conditions.

Required profile

• Completed higher education in Administration, Tourism or related fields.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in reservations or customer service.
• Familiarity with reservation tools and travel management systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑service abilities.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and capable of solving problems.
• Proficiency with the Office suite, especially Excel.
