Associate/Senior Associate – Relationship Management (TSP Relations)

About the role

The Relationship Manager – TSP will lead the management and growth of partnerships with Technology Service Providers (TSPs) within the NBBL ecosystem. You will drive business expansion through collaborative initiatives, ensure seamless integration, and maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for end‑to‑end TSP relationships.
• Oversee partner onboarding, integration, and operational excellence.
• Identify new business opportunities and support ecosystem expansion.
• Collaborate with internal Product, Tech, Ops, and Risk teams to resolve issues.
• Track partner performance, analyze KPIs, and present actionable business insights.
• Ensure all activities adhere to NBBL and RBI guidelines.

Required profile

• BE/BTech degree; MBA preferred.
• 3–8 years of experience in fintech, payments, or partner management.
• Strong understanding of APIs, BBPS, UPI, and payment systems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical abilities.
