Associate Relationship Manager – Joint Liability Groups

About the role

The Associate Relationship Manager – JLG will deepen relationships with banking customers, support the Relationship Manager in acquiring new business, and help create and manage Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) throughout formation, disbursal, and collection phases.

Key responsibilities

• Map household needs in assigned villages and manage zoning activities.
• Conduct end‑user checks after loan disbursal and achieve group loan booking targets.
• Assess client needs, cross‑sell banking products, and generate new revenue streams.
• Drive new account openings, lead generation, and achieve individual and branch sales goals.
• Maintain high collection efficiency and ensure accurate loan documentation.
• Coordinate with operations officers for timely data entry and compliance with bank policies.
• Perform field audits, verify customer information, and gather market intelligence.
• Recommend process improvements and support livelihood and community development initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• 0–2 years of relevant branch banking experience.
