Associate – Oracle Fusion Technical

About the role

Join PwC's Oracle Services Practice as an Associate and help organisations leverage Oracle technologies to meet their digital transformation goals. You will work on finance, HR, supply‑chain, analytics and GRC projects, delivering end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in full‑cycle Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Develop and customise technical components, including BI Publisher reports, FBDI/OTBI loads and integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solution quality through test plan execution.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to align technical designs with business needs.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to project planning, timelines and budgets.
• Stay current with emerging Oracle technologies and advise clients on innovative solutions.

Required profile

• B.Tech degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle ERP/Fusion SaaS/PaaS implementations.
• At least two full Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations completed.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to interact with clients and project teams.
