Associate Graphic Designer – Pursuit Design (Hyderabad)

About the role

We are looking for an Associate, Art (Graphic Designer) to join our dynamic, collaborative team in Hyderabad. You will create high‑impact visual concepts and innovative design solutions for client‑facing, marketing, and client‑experience initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality visual concepts, storyboards, illustrations, layouts, infographics, presentations and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to execution and delivery.
• Leverage and develop on‑brand design assets that support the visual strategy across multiple channels.
• Share creative insights and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Fine Arts, BSc in Visual Communication or a related field.
• 1–3 years of creative design/visual communication experience in marketing or marketing communications.
• 1–3 years experience in an offshore delivery centre (preferred).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design projects and problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, time‑management and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
