Associate Graphic Designer

About the role

BrandStory Digital is seeking a talented Associate Graphic Designer to join its Creative & Design team in Bengaluru. You will translate ideas into compelling visual communication across digital and brand projects, working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality designs for digital, print, social media, branding and marketing collateral.
• Interpret design briefs and develop visually appealing concepts, layouts, typography, colour palettes and brand elements.
• Produce creatives for websites, ads, landing pages, presentations and digital campaigns.
• Support UI/UX tasks such as wireframes, UI screens and design elements when needed.
• Collaborate closely with senior designers, content writers and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and assist in client presentations.
• Ensure all deliverables follow brand guidelines, design standards and project requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field.
• 3–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a digital agency or creative environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, branding and marketing assets.
• Excellent attention to detail, time‑management and ability to handle multiple projects.
