Assistant Manager – Training

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Training will lead end‑to‑end training management and content creation for MakeMyTrip’s Hotels business. This role blends Learning & Development, content development, and marketing communication to enable internal teams and partner ecosystems, ensuring consistent execution and performance across the Hotels ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured skill‑development programs, role‑based trainings, refresher sessions, and continuous learning interventions aligned with evolving business needs.
• Develop high‑impact learning content such as presentations, facilitator guides, videos, e‑learning modules, promotional videos, and job aids.
• Create partner‑facing communication assets including emails, flyers, banners, videos, and digital creatives that support business objectives.
• Plan and execute multi‑channel communication campaigns for product launches and key initiatives.
• Produce learning‑focused communication and marketing assets like newsletters, launch decks, mailers, videos, FAQs, and playbooks.
• Facilitate engaging classroom, virtual, and hybrid training sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Build and manage internal and external learning communities or social platforms to foster ongoing engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for large‑scale operations.
• Ability to create engaging learning content across multiple formats.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for partner‑facing assets and campaigns.
• Experience managing multi‑channel communication initiatives.
• Capability to facilitate classroom, virtual, and hybrid training sessions effectively.
• Experience building and nurturing learning communities.
