Assistant Manager - Social Media & Campaigns

About the role

Licious is looking for an Assistant Manager to own the end‑to‑end execution of social media and campaign initiatives across its owned brand channels. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of high‑impact content that resonates with our audience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media execution across owned brand channels.
• Lead campaign rollout and execution on social platforms.
• Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and assets.
• Own social media calendars, publishing workflows, and platform hygiene.
• Monitor platform performance, optimize content based on insights, and maintain brand voice consistency.
• Track campaign deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Coordinate production requirements for shoots, edits, assets, and creator deliverables.
• Support amplification planning across owned and creator channels.
• Monitor social media performance and campaign metrics, developing actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Graduate or Post Graduate in Marketing with 2‑4 years of experience in social media, campaign management or content operations.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, publishing systems and campaign workflows.
• Experience coordinating campaigns across internal teams, agencies and creators.
• Excellent project management, organizational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving and comfort handling ambiguity.
