Assistant Manager - SEO

About the role

Publicis Groupe is seeking an Assistant Manager – SEO to help clients achieve their online marketing goals through effective search engine optimization. You will work within the Performics team, contributing to the growth of the SEO community and delivering measurable results for multiple brands.

Key responsibilities

• Execute on‑page and off‑page SEO activities for several client websites.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and comprehensive keyword research.
• Develop and implement on‑page optimization recommendations, including meta tags, headings, and content structure.
• Design and manage link‑building strategies, overseeing day‑to‑day activities of link managers.
• Monitor performance using analytics, Google Search Console, and other webmaster tools, adjusting tactics as needed.
• Stay up‑to‑date with search engine algorithm changes and Google Analytics updates.
• Share research findings with the team and communicate progress to clients.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Strong technical understanding of website architecture and search engine behavior.
• Excellent written and spoken English with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Good understanding of HTML.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as PHP, ASP, and Java.
• Interest in search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.
