Aseptic Injectable Filling Machine Operator

About the role

The DP Filling Aseptic Area Operator will work in a GMP‑controlled environment to operate and maintain injectable filling and packaging equipment. You will ensure that drug products are formulated, packaged, and transferred according to strict SOPs and batch records.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, start, and run high‑speed filling, automatic packaging, blister packaging, and inspection lines (Syntegon, Bausch+Strobel).
• Execute formulation, dispensing, and dispatch activities for production batches.
• Prepare changeovers, verify materials, and load/unload equipment.
• Package and transfer final products to cold storage following SOPs.
• Perform cleaning and upkeep of equipment and classified areas.
• Complete batch records, logbooks, and material transfers in compliance with GDP.
• Conduct consumable stock checks and report shortages.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental compliance; report anomalies promptly.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably aseptic filling and packaging.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP and cGMP practices.
• Ability to work accurately with documentation and batch records.

Required skills

• Operation of Syntegon and Bausch+Strobel injectable filling machines.
• Maintenance of pharmaceutical production equipment.
• GMP/GDP/cGMP compliance knowledge.
• Accurate batch record documentation.
