AI Trainer – Remote Part‑Time

About the role

We are seeking fluent language professionals to help train and evaluate AI language models. This fully remote, part‑time contract lets you work from anywhere on a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Read and assess AI‑generated text for quality, accuracy, and fluency.
• Write short prompts and creative responses to improve model performance.
• Rank and compare AI outputs using defined evaluation criteria.
• Provide written feedback on language quality.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in your language and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in humanities, language, or writing‑related fields.
• Professional experience with language work such as writing, teaching, translating, editing, or annotation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow evaluation guidelines.
