AI Specialist Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Specialist Trainer to design and deliver enterprise‑wide AI learning programs. The role combines curriculum development, hands‑on training, and measurable impact on productivity across multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement structured learning programs on AI, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Deliver advanced training sessions and translate AI capabilities into function‑specific use cases (HR, Marketing, Operations, etc.).
• Develop prompt‑engineering frameworks, coach teams on optimal prompt usage, and maintain reusable prompt libraries.
• Lead adoption of AI tools for communication, research, analysis, and content creation, driving workflow efficiency.
• Provide training on professional business communication, including written and spoken English and email etiquette.
• Establish responsible AI guidelines, ensure data privacy, and promote fact‑checking of AI‑generated outputs.
• Design certification programs, track adoption metrics, and present ROI dashboards to leadership.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in AI, Generative AI, or LLM technologies.
• Proven background in corporate training, learning & development, or capability building.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
