AGM Business Development Manager – Real Time Solutions

About the role
The AGM Business Development Manager will lead sales efforts for ETAP's real‑time electrical software solutions in the New Delhi region. You will combine deep technical knowledge of power automation with strong sales acumen to recommend and deliver product solutions to both new and existing customers.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales quota and manage the sales effort within the designated customer base.
- Conduct regular sales calls, including cold calls, to develop and maintain long‑term relationships.
- Develop and deliver product demonstrations and technical proposals.
- Represent ETAP at conferences, seminars, and other field events.
- Stay informed on industry trends, government regulations, and market dynamics.
- Provide timely management reports and maintain professional communication with all stakeholders.
- Proactively generate leads across the SARC region and track real‑time projects from EPCs, consultants, end‑clients, and OEMs.
- Utilize ETAP’s sales tools and follow the automation sales process to document progress and drive growth.
- Pre‑qualify and obtain approvals from end‑clients.
Required profile
- 15+ years of professional selling experience in power automation, high‑tech software, or related services.
- Hands‑on experience with renowned SCADA, RTU, and DMS platforms.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics in the power and automation sector.
