Admission Counsellor

About the role

The Admission Counsellor will be the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, guiding them through the enrollment process. This role combines communication, relationship building, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth admission experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle admission inquiries via phone, email, walk‑ins, and social media platforms.
• Provide detailed information on courses, curriculum, and admission procedures to students and parents.
• Follow up with prospective families, maintain accurate admission records, and update daily reports.
• Conduct campus tours and explain school facilities and academic programs.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams throughout the admission process.
• Achieve admission targets and support the onboarding of new students.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or a related customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and maintain organized records.
• Willingness to work Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
