About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Admin Executive to manage our Travel Desk and provide comprehensive administrative support. The role ensures smooth day‑to‑day office operations while handling employee travel arrangements in line with company policies.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, trains, hotels, and local transportation.
  • Ensure travel bookings comply with company policies and approved budgets.
  • Liaise with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and travel management companies for reservations, modifications, and emergency travel.
  • Maintain travel records, generate reports, and assist employees with travel reimbursements.
  • Provide travelers with itineraries, tickets, hotel vouchers, and relevant travel information.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and facility‑related activities such as housekeeping and pantry management.
  • Support the organization of company events, meetings, leadership visits, and employee‑engagement activities.
  • Handle courier, dispatch, and vendor coordination tasks.
  • Maintain administrative records, invoices, purchase requests, and follow up on payments.
  • Assist onboarding by arranging workstation setup, ID cards, and welcome kits.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to travel and administration.

Required profile

  • 2‑4 years of experience in travel coordination and administrative support.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal departments and external vendors.
