About the role
We are looking for a friendly and organized Admin cum Receptionist to manage our front‑desk operations and support daily office activities. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors, creating a positive first impression.
- Provide accurate information in‑person, by phone, and via email.
- Handle all internal and external communications promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a tidy reception area, monitor and replenish office supplies, and ensure pantry stock.
- Supervise housekeeping staff to uphold cleanliness standards throughout the office.
Required profile
- Professional demeanor with a presentable appearance.
- Ability to manage confidential information discreetly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
