Accountant – Senior and Junior Roles

About the role

We are looking for motivated accountants to join our team in Rajkot. The positions include a Senior Accountant (experienced) and a Junior Accountant, both focused on providing accounting and bookkeeping services for US clients using QuickBooks.

Key responsibilities

• Senior: Oversee financial reporting, lead month‑end and year‑end closing, prepare individual and corporate tax returns, and mentor junior staff.
• Junior: Perform monthly bookkeeping, reconcile bank and credit‑card accounts, finalize profit & loss and balance sheet statements, and support senior accountants in tax filing.
• Both: Collaborate with clients, ensure accurate accounts payable/receivable, and maintain compliance with US accounting standards.

Required profile

• Senior: Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a CA firm or accounts department; CPA preferred; M.Com/CA/CPA qualification.
• Junior: 1‑2 years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree in accounting (B.Com/M.Com/Part CA).
• Both: Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with QuickBooks (Online and Desktop).
• Experience using Sage or Xero.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
