Accountant – Billing & Inventory Management

About the role

Maheshwari Agencies is seeking a full‑time Accountant to join its Raipur office. You will handle billing, quotations, stock reporting and day‑to‑day accounting tasks while coordinating closely with sales, dispatch and office teams. This role offers hands‑on exposure to both financial and operational processes within a leading electrical solutions company.

Key responsibilities

• Create quotations, invoices and billing entries.
• Manage product offers, pricing sheets and related documentation.
• Maintain accounting records using Tally ERP.
• Prepare and update stock and inventory reports.
• Coordinate workflow between sales, dispatch and office departments.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all records.
• Support routine office and accounting operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting or office operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a team‑oriented environment.
