Training Specialist – Last Mile Learning

About the role

Amazon’s Last Mile Learning team is looking for a Training Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that boost employee competencies across the last‑mile operations vertical. The role focuses on improving workplace performance while aligning with Amazon’s core values.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise structured learning metrics and monitor results for the assigned territory.
• Manage live performance metrics end‑to‑end for the region.
• Conduct learning sessions on new processes and business quality metrics (BQM) using ITL or digital platforms.
• Deliver continuous learning courses and ensure timely completion of new‑hire training programs.
• Maintain data analysis and reporting in Excel to meet business requirements.
• Partner with operations leaders to audit stations, ensure process compliance, and close gaps promptly.
• Identify, certify, and develop learning coaches.
• Lead individual improvement projects to enhance overall business performance.

Required profile

• Fluent in Malayalam with strong English communication skills.
• Excellent listening skills, supportive attitude toward managers, and responsive to associate requests.
• Approachable, exemplifies Amazon’s leadership principles, and continuously updates knowledge of latest tools and techniques.
• Honest, willing to accept mistakes, and ready to take on additional responsibilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
