Territory Service Representative

About the role

The Territory Service Representative is responsible for handling shipments within a defined delivery area. This role involves loading, scanning, delivering, and managing undelivered parcels while ensuring accurate documentation and customer acknowledgment.

Key responsibilities

• Unload bags from vehicles and scan each shipment.
• Outscan shipments according to the delivery route.
• Deliver parcels to the correct address and obtain customer acknowledgment.
• Update the system with undelivered status when necessary.
• Hand over undelivered shipments and cash‑on‑delivery amounts to the supervisor on the same day.
• Perform timely pickups at customer locations before cut‑off times.
• Count shipments, obtain acknowledgment, and record details when serviceable.
• In‑scan shipments upon return to the office, enter data into the system, and manage onward connections.

Required profile

• Physical ability to unload and handle parcels.
• Attention to detail for accurate scanning and data entry.
• Strong customer service orientation to obtain acknowledgments.
• Reliability in meeting delivery and pickup schedules.
