Tele Marketer – Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Tele Marketers to support a reputable organization that handles large‑scale infrastructure projects. The position is based onsite in Calicut, Kerala, and offers a competitive monthly salary for candidates with at least two years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound calling campaigns.
• Handle inbound inquiries generated by marketing initiatives.
• Qualify potential clients based on their requirements and budget.
• Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage follow‑up schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in Malayalam is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer engagement.
