System Admin Executive

About the role

The System Admin Executive will be responsible for maintaining and administering networks, servers, and system software while providing remote technical support to international clients. This role ensures smooth operation of IT infrastructure and adheres to SLA‑based ticket resolution processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and administer networks, servers, and system software.
• Troubleshoot system, software, hardware, and network issues both remotely and onsite.
• Work on live tickets using tools such as Kaseya, ConnectWise, and Autotask.
• Provide remote technical support to international clients.
• Manage Microsoft applications, antivirus, backups, disaster recovery, and security operations.
• Participate in system configuration, upgrades, monitoring, and optimization.
• Adhere to SLA‑based ticket resolution processes.

Required profile

• Experience maintaining and administering networks, servers, and system software.
• Ability to troubleshoot system, software, hardware, and network issues remotely and onsite.
• Experience handling live tickets with Kaseya, ConnectWise, and Autotask.
• Proven track record of providing remote technical support to international clients.
• Knowledge of managing Microsoft applications, antivirus, backups, disaster recovery, and security operations.
• Familiarity with system configuration, upgrades, monitoring, and optimization.
• Commitment to meeting SLA‑based ticket resolution standards.
