Site Supervisor – Construction & Interior Fit‑Out

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Site Supervisor to manage day‑to‑day activities on construction and interior fit‑out sites for a leading architecture and design studio in Kochi. The role involves coordinating teams, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety while delivering projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise site execution across office, showroom, and construction projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards on all sites.
• Manage site workforce, assign tasks efficiently, and resolve on‑site issues.
• Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and regular reporting to management.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in interior fit‑out or construction projects.
• Practical knowledge of site execution and material coordination.
• Ability to handle multiple sites when required.
• Strong coordination, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of quality and safety standards.
