About the role
The Site Admin Executive will manage administrative and HR‑related activities at the site, focusing on third‑party workforce lifecycle, compliance monitoring, and vendor coordination. You will support a large blue‑collar workforce and ensure smooth operations across HR and facility services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end lifecycle of blue‑collar / third‑party employees (≈1,200‑1,500 staff).
- Coordinate with manpower vendors and ensure proper onboarding documentation.
- Monitor statutory and internal compliance for third‑party employees, tracking daily, weekly and monthly compliance metrics.
- Liaise with vendors to validate deliverables, adherence to compliance standards, and billing.
- Process bills for canteen, facility management and other services; support basic facility management activities.
- Maintain workforce, compliance and billing reports using Excel; prepare periodic reports as required.
Required profile
- Experience managing third‑party workforce operations and compliance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle large employee volumes.
- Ability to work with vendors and coordinate documentation processes.
- Attention to detail for tracking compliance and billing information.
