Senior Project Manager – Resort Development

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end execution of our upcoming resort development in Kumbhalgarh. You will be responsible for delivering the project on time, within budget, and to the brand’s quality standards while coordinating a diverse set of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Oversee construction, interior fit‑outs, and vendor coordination.
• Liaise with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and brand standards.
• Provide regular progress, risk, and mitigation updates to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management.
• 10–15 years of experience in hospitality, real‑estate, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale resort or hotel projects.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.
