Senior Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead the onboarding and management of channel partners and vendors, while fostering strong stakeholder relationships and guiding a high‑performing operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee effective onboarding and ongoing management of channel partners and vendors, ensuring processes are streamlined, compliant and aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with IT to digitalize onboarding workflows and improve efficiency.
• Develop and execute strategic engagement plans for key stakeholders, prioritising based on influence and impact.
• Provide conflict‑resolution support and regularly report KPI performance to leadership.
• Mentor and provide operational leadership to the team, conduct regular performance reviews, and hold one‑to‑one and team meetings to address issues and gather feedback.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage channel and vendor relationships.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading and developing operational teams.
