Senior Global Employee Relations & India People Partner

About the role

Cint is building a brand‑new Global Employee Relations function and needs a senior leader to design the framework and drive people initiatives across India and APAC. This dual‑scope position combines strategic ER architecture with hands‑on partnership for a fast‑growing international team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement global ER policies, investigation processes, case‑management workflows and exit procedures.
• Lead complex ER cases across multiple regions (US, EMEA, LATAM, APAC) ensuring fairness, consistency and legal compliance.
• Introduce AI‑enabled automation to make ER processes more data‑driven and efficient.
• Create playbooks and guidelines that empower managers worldwide.
• Act as senior People partner for India/APAC, attending leadership meetings and aligning HR priorities with business growth.
• Coach managers on team dynamics, performance, talent initiatives and workforce planning.
• Own and drive regional DE&I programs, ensuring local nuances are reflected in global designs.

Required profile

• 8+ years of HR experience with a proven track record handling complex employee‑relations cases and investigations in multiple international jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and build scalable HR frameworks.
• Strong judgment, comfort with ambiguity and a data‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI‑driven HR automation tools and data‑analytics approaches.
