Senior Full Stack Engineer (Azure SaaS)

About the role

RIB is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the design, development, and operation of a multi‑tenant SaaS platform for the construction industry. The role combines backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure responsibilities, ensuring the solution scales securely across many tenants. You will work from our Nashik/Pune offices and collaborate with global product and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and own end‑to‑end full‑stack features (API, database, UI) for a multi‑tenant SaaS product.
• Architect horizontal and vertical scaling strategies for micro‑services and databases to handle fluctuating tenant loads.
• Manage the complete SaaS lifecycle, including automated tenant provisioning, configuration, upgrades and de‑provisioning.
• Develop high‑scale, event‑driven backend services using Azure Service Bus and Event Hubs.
• Implement secure backend services (primarily Python, with .NET/C# where required) and integrate them with modern frontend applications.
• Enforce authentication/authorization patterns and tenant‑aware data access.
• Build high‑performance data access layers (e.g., Dapper) and optimise queries for PostgreSQL/SQL databases.
• Design, deploy and operate Azure components such as Front Door, Key Vault, Storage, networking/edge patterns, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve reliability and observability through logging, metrics, tracing and alerting.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of professional experience in full‑stack development.
• Proven experience delivering SaaS solutions in a multi‑tenant environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, especially Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical decisions.
