Senior Designer – Branding & Packaging

About the role

Landor is seeking a Senior Designer to lead branding and packaging projects within its Global Design studio. You will work closely with Design Directors and cross‑functional teams to translate strategic briefs into compelling visual solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Explore, conceptualise and develop design solutions that align with brand strategy.
• Generate big‑idea concepts based on creative briefs and design strategy.
• Support Design Directors and fellow designers in delivering innovative creative work.
• Evaluate design options and articulate design thinking, integrating brand messaging, colour, imagery, typography and composition.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients, presenting concepts and championing visual excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in branding and packaging within a brand or design agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and visual impact.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
• Solutions‑driven mindset, curiosity and an innovative approach.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (approximately four days onsite).
