Senior Data Analyst – Open Finance (Hybrid)

About the role

Mastercard’s Open Finance organization is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Strategic Client Analytics function. Based in Navi Mumbai, this hybrid role blends business intelligence development with client‑focused analytics, helping financial institutions and fintech partners extract actionable insights from Open Finance data.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and own internal and client‑facing dashboards using Tableau and Snowflake.
• Perform ad‑hoc client analytics, funnel analysis, performance reporting, and product usage studies.
• Write and optimise Snowflake SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction, modelling and transformation.
• Collaborate with clients on calls to present findings, interpret insights and support decision‑making.
• Prioritise and triage time‑sensitive client requests while ensuring data quality and accuracy.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
