Senior Analyst, FPM

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Analyst for its Financial Planning & Management (FPM) function within the FDAC team of Global Business Services. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end implementations and support of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, primarily Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS), to enable finance stakeholders worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle implementations and post‑go‑live support of Oracle EPM Cloud, especially EDMCS.
• Design, build, and migrate metadata including hierarchies, version control, and environment moves.
• Configure EDMCS views, data chains, external source integrations, subscriptions and exports.
• Implement data‑governance frameworks, validation rules and automated workflows using EPM Automate or Data Integration Pipeline.
• Serve as primary liaison between finance users and technical teams, gathering requirements and translating them into functional designs.
• Conduct workshops, user acceptance testing, end‑user training and produce documentation.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot metadata, integration and security issues, and manage incident and change requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of consulting or corporate experience with Oracle EPM Cloud projects.
• Proven experience delivering 1–2 full implementations of EDMCS and related modules.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Oracle EPM Cloud certification (EDMCS, FCCS, etc.).

Required skills

• Oracle EPM Cloud – EDMCS, FCCS, ARCS, EPBCS.
• Metadata development, hierarchy building, version control, environment migration.
• Data integration concepts and tools (EPM Automate, Data Integration Pipeline).
• Integration with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion and NetSuite.
• Financial Reporting Studio.
