Security Executive

About the role

The Security Executive will lead day‑to‑day security operations for the Fairmont Udaipur Palace, ensuring a safe environment for guests, staff, and tenants. This role is part of the pre‑opening team and requires proactive risk management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations across the palace premises.
• Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Develop and maintain crisis management and emergency response plans.
• Coordinate with local authorities, emergency services, and relevant stakeholders during incidents.
• Organise drills and training sessions for the security team.
• Monitor CCTV systems and other security technologies.
• Maintain accurate records of all security‑related activities.
• Manage access control systems and secure entry points.
• Issue and monitor access cards for authorized personnel.
• Review and approve various work permits, including hot work and height permits.
• Collaborate with internal departments, tenants, and external partners to enhance overall safety.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant security experience.
• Certificates such as CPR, First Aid Management, and Basic Fire Fighting are advantageous.
• Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• No criminal record.
