Security Associate

About the role

Hilton is seeking a Security Associate to maintain a safe and welcoming environment across its hotel properties. You will be the front‑line guardian of guests, team members, and assets, ensuring that safety standards are met at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol hotel premises regularly, identify and report potential hazards.
• Manage visitor registration, conduct random bag inspections, and enforce the Asset Removal Policy.
• Control access to staff areas, monitor key‑lent procedures, and safeguard deposited keys.
• Operate fire control equipment and other safety systems.
• Assist guests in the lobby and elevators, especially the elderly, children, and disabled.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior, intoxicated guests, and any illegal activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of the security work area and ensure proper documentation of incidents.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and a courteous demeanor with guests and staff.
• Ability to remain calm and decisive in emergency situations.
• Physical fitness to conduct patrols and respond quickly.

Required skills

• Operation of fire control and safety equipment.
• Experience with visitor registration and bag inspection procedures.
• Knowledge of key‑management and asset protection processes.
