RFP Writer – IT Staffing, Services & Products

About the role

We are looking for an experienced RFP Writer to lead the end‑to‑end process of sourcing, drafting, and submitting responses to RFPs, RFIs and RFQs focused on IT staffing, services and products across the US and Canada markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and track open RFPs, RFIs and RFQs that match our IT staffing, services and product offerings.
• Draft, edit and submit high‑quality, client‑specific proposals that meet all format and deadline requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery and technical teams to gather necessary inputs and create compelling content.
• Maintain a repository of standard templates, case studies and reusable proposal components.
• Research client needs and market trends to align proposals with business objectives.
• Monitor proposal progress, generate status reports and follow up on submitted bids.

Required profile

• Proven experience writing RFP responses for IT staffing, services or products in the US, Canada and UK markets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with client specifications.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to synthesize technical information into clear proposals.
