About the role
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead the partnership with HDFC Bank in Chandigarh. The role focuses on driving business growth for ABSLI by aligning with the bank’s strategy and delivering high‑quality financial products to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong, progressive partnership with HDFC Bank in the assigned region.
- Support the bank’s strategy, adhere to its norms and guidelines, and become the preferred ABSLI partner.
- Achieve business targets on premium, Relationship Manager activation, mindshare and persistency.
- Provide pre‑ and post‑sales support, ensuring competitive products and services for the bank and its customers.
- Manage partner relationships to strengthen collaboration and increase referrals.
- Develop and lead a motivated, productive team to meet sales objectives.
- Focus on business quality, renewals, profitability and cost management.
Required profile
- Proven experience in relationship or sales management within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of bank partnership models and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to drive targets, manage processes and deliver results.
- Excellent stakeholder management and people development capabilities.
