About the role

The Regional Head – Gold Loans will lead the execution of the gold‑loan strategy across the Dehradun region, balancing rapid growth with strict risk discipline. This senior position is responsible for delivering portfolio growth, profitability, and operational excellence while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive regional strategy execution, achieving targets for AUM, disbursement, P&L, and branch expansion.
• Build and nurture new relationships with enabling functions and regional stakeholders.
• Manage a large team of area heads and distributed branch staff, providing leadership and performance oversight.
• Define business plans, manpower structures, and productivity benchmarks aligned with national objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and monitor portfolio health and market updates.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in NBFC or gold‑loan business.
• Strong track record of achieving growth, profitability, and risk‑controlled results.
• Excellent stakeholder management and team‑building capabilities.
• Ability to translate corporate strategy into regional operational plans.
