Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer – Entry Level

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Udaipur. The role focuses on ensuring product quality, supporting production processes, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production line.
• Identify defects, document issues, and report findings.
• Maintain accurate inspection reports and quality documentation.
• Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to enhance product quality.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in a related field.
• B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of quality control and inspection.
• Understanding of engineering drawings and measurements.
• Familiarity with quality tools such as the 7 QC tools, 5 Whys, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with measurement instruments like vernier calipers and micrometers.
