Project Manager – Product Implementation (Travel Tech)

About the role

As a Product Implementation Project Manager you will lead the onboarding and deployment of travel‑technology solutions for SME customers. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to configure tools, manage timelines and ensure successful delivery that meets customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and support customers in setting up their travel programs.
• Coordinate discussions to define infrastructure, travel policy requirements and user enrollment.
• Create, maintain and track detailed project plans for each implementation.
• Configure, test and troubleshoot online booking tools and related travel products.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery, Commercial, Product Development and Support teams.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for product implementations and contribute to best‑practice standards.
• Provide regular progress updates, identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Participate in governance meetings and track departmental metrics.
• Evaluate new vendor offerings in partnership with Product Development.
• Support global stakeholders across multiple locations and time zones.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholder management ability.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking with proven project‑management experience (Agile/PMP preferred).
• Experience managing timelines, scope and cross‑functional coordination.
• Excellent relationship‑building, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to solve problems under pressure and handle competing priorities.
