Product Operations Manager

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Product Operations Manager to act as a cross‑functional communicator and collaborator, using analytics to represent the voice of members and support teams. Based in Bengaluru, you will help improve product health and quality while driving a stellar member experience across key LinkedIn products.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product, engineering, design, marketing and operations teams to influence product strategy and roadmap.
• Prioritize product change requests based on issue volume, member impact, revenue impact and other relevant metrics.
• Aggregate and analyze member issues using internal tools and SQL queries to generate user insights.
• Track and communicate post‑launch impact and help set performance targets.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure operational processes are incorporated into product development.
• Participate in US‑time‑zone meetings and work closely with stakeholders in Bangalore and globally.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable product recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for influencing cross‑functional teams and executive audiences.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
