Product Manager II - Personalisation

About the role

Nykaa is looking for a Product Manager II – Personalisation to lead the development of discovery and recommendation features for its fashion platform. Based in Gurgaon, you will work at the intersection of user behavior, fashion trends and machine‑learning models to deliver a uniquely relevant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Translate high‑level product objectives into detailed PRDs, technical specifications and model requirements in close collaboration with Data Science and Engineering.
• Partner with data‑science pods to refine ranking logic, collaborative‑filtering and computer‑vision attributes that power recommendations.
• Conduct market and technical research on global fashion‑tech benchmarks and ML‑driven commerce models to identify innovation opportunities.
• Design, execute and analyse high‑velocity A/B testing pipelines to validate hypotheses and assess production readiness of new algorithms.
• Coordinate with Category, Design and QA teams to ensure seamless integration of data‑driven features into the Nykaa Fashion UI/UX.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a Tier‑1 institution with a strong analytical or technical foundation.
• Hands‑on experience collaborating with Data Science teams and discussing model performance, data pipelines and API integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
• Product mindset with user empathy and the ability to break down complex problems into actionable requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical complexity and business impact.
