Premium Sales Telecaller (On-site)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Premium Sales Telecaller to join our Coimbatore office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will make outbound calls to prospective customers, promote our premium products and services, and drive sales conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to identified prospects and present premium offerings.
• Identify customer needs, explain product benefits and address queries.
• Persuade customers to purchase and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide regular feedback to the team to help refine sales strategies.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication with active listening skills.
• Proven persuasion and negotiation ability.
• Customer service experience and ability to build rapport.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent; sales or marketing training is a plus.
• Fluency in Malayalam or Tamil is mandatory.
