Personal Trainer – Customized Fitness Coaching

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. In this role you will design and deliver customized training programs, coach clients one‑on‑one and help them reach their health and performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design personalized fitness programs tailored to each client’s objectives, preferences and physical condition.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching sessions, demonstrate exercises, give feedback and ensure safe execution.
• Conduct client assessments, set realistic goals and develop actionable plans.
• Track progress, deliver regular feedback and adjust programs as needed.
• Promote personal training services, attract new clients and retain existing ones through excellent service.

Required profile

• Strong athletic or sports‑oriented background.
• Experience with weight training, functional training, calisthenics and CrossFit.
• Passion for fitness, healthy living and personal grooming.
• Customer‑focused mindset with high energy and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills.
