Packaging Raw Material Planner

About the role

ExxonMobil is seeking a Packaging Raw Material Planner to ensure a seamless, cost‑effective flow of raw materials for its packaging operations in India. The role supports production schedules, minimizes inventory costs and upholds quality standards across the chemical and lubricant product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute uninterrupted supply of raw materials, aligning inventory levels with production requirements.
• Manage procurement, inventory and logistics to guarantee timely delivery of quality materials.
• Coordinate with procurement, production and logistics teams to resolve supply issues, schedule changes and cancellations.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders, monitoring performance and key supply‑chain metrics.
• Develop and maintain accurate inventory plans, anticipating and mitigating both planned and unplanned disruptions.
• Drive supplier business continuity initiatives to ensure robust supply.

Required profile

• Proven experience in raw‑material or supply‑chain planning within a manufacturing or chemical environment.
• Strong analytical ability to develop inventory plans and assess supply‑chain performance.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional coordination.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and address supply disruptions.
