About the role
Join the Guest Service team at The St. Regis Goa Resort as an Order Taker for Villa Dining. You will help create memorable dining experiences by taking orders, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring guests receive attentive service.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables for villa dining guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Communicate guest preferences and special requests to kitchen staff.
- Serve guests, clear tables, and maintain a clean dining environment.
- Handle menu inquiries, verify information, and assist guests with menu selections.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb (assisted up to 50 lb).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move on varied surfaces for extended periods.
